Check your orders

First timers:

Important: First look at your past confirmation emails to determine which email address you ordered with.  If you ordered with a gmail address, follow the instructions below for gmail users. Everyone else should follow the instructions below for non-gmail users.

Instructions for gmail users:

  1. Visit the login link https://sjd-pac.checkfront.com/reserve/?login=1
  2. Click on “Sign in with Google” (see screenshot)
  3. Login with the gmail address you ordered with.
  4. Once you’re logged in, click on your name in the top right corner
  5. Now you should see all your past orders. Click on the Booking Code in the first column to view the details of each order.

Instructions for non-gmail users:

You will need to create an account.  Once this is set up, you can log back with this account.

  1. Visit the login link https://sjd-pac.checkfront.com/reserve/?login=1
  2. Click on “Create an Account” (see screenshot)
  3. Fill in the form with the same email address you ordered with and choose a password.
  4. Click on the verification link sent to your email.
  5. After you’re logged in, click on your name in the top right corner of the page.
  6. Now you should see all your past orders. Click on the Booking Code in the first column to view the details of each order.

Note: You only need to set up your account once.  Next time, login with the email and password.
